Tools

Below is an (incomplete) list of tools supporting reasoning in probabilistic graphical models. The tools listed all contain sufficient functionality for completing most of the electronic exercises in the book; note that some of the more specialized tools might not be suitable for all exercises. We would like to emphasize that this is not a complete list of possible tools. See e.g. Kevin Murphy's website for an overview.
